• Engage with the gaming community by sharing informative content and updates.
• Gather and document player feedback to communicate insights to the development team for ongoing improvements.
• Stay updated on the latest gaming trends and releases to offer knowledgeable support.
• Collaborate with other support agents to share knowledge and enhance service quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• A strong passion for gaming with knowledge of popular games and platforms.
• Previous experience in customer support or community management is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to empathize with gamers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to support.
• Comfortable using various communication tools and platforms effectively.
