Key Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time shipment tracking, providing accurate updates and proactive solutions to logistics bottlenecks.
• Maintain high service standards by addressing complex claims related to the logistics and supply chain process.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders to improve delivery efficiency and operational excellence.
• Update and maintain accurate database logs regarding regional shipping routes and delivery status reports.
• Provide expert guidance on shipping policies, delivery timeframes, and transport regulations to ensure full customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Proven experience or a strong interest in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle high-pressure delivery scenarios.
• Proficiency in CRM software and standard digital logistics tools.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia for this on-site French Speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor position in Bulgaria.
