Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact by greeting patients, families, and visitors and creating a welcoming office experience.
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and responding to general inquiries.
Maintain accurate patient demographics and documentation within internal systems.
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits through online insurance portals.
Support administrative operations across both the academy and therapy practices.
Coordinate with providers and internal staff to ensure efficient day-to-day workflows.
Assist with general office administration while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Help create a seamless experience for patients from check-in through ongoing communication.
Requirements
Previous administrative, front desk, customer service, or office experience.
Healthcare, medical office, therapy, or insurance verification experience is preferred but not required.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable learning new software and working across multiple digital platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, friendly demeanor.
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Available to work full-time on-site, with a standard Monday–Friday schedule and occasional flexibility for evening hours.
