As a Front Desk Agent, you are the face of the resort and play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests and owners. From arrival through departure, you will provide warm welcomes, friendly assistance, and exceptional service while helping ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

What You'll Do as a Front Desk Agent:

• Manage the guest registration process, including check-in, check-out, computer use, and key issuance.
• Answer telephone and courtesy calls promptly, professionally, and courteously.
• Provide guests and owners with information about local activities, dining options, attractions, and resort amenities.
• Share information about the Vacation Interval (VI) program and confirm reservations as requested.
• Dispatch guest requests to appropriate departments, including Housekeeping and Engineering, and follow up to ensure completion.
• Maintain and update service request databases and operational records.
• Organize files and databases while completing accurate data entry and filing.
• Handle petty cash transactions and maintain accurate banking records.
• Encourage guests and owners to complete the "Your Opinion Counts" (YOC) survey.
• Assist with additional Front Desk duties as assigned to support daily resort operations.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring as a Front Desk Agent:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer operations.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Sound judgment and professionalism when interacting with guests, owners, and Team Members.
• Basic math skills with experience handling cash and maintaining accurate records.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, welcoming attitude.

Requirements:

• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as business needs require.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry 10–25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
