About The Role

At Preston Playhouse as a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for guests. Your role is vital in creating a positive first impression and ensuring that everyone who walks through our doors receives outstanding service. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
• Check in guests and manage reservation systems for club facilities
• Handle guest requests, concerns, or complaints with discretion and efficiency
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and lobby area
• Assist with administrative tasks such as mail distribution, scheduling, and data entry
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Qualifications

• Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with computers and standard office software (Microsoft Office, POS/Club Automation)
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
