Job Description:

• MUST have basic computerknowledge.

• Handling Reception/ FrontOffice.

• Maintaining attendance registerfor employees

• Attending walk-in and keepproper record.

• Responding to phone calls &E-mails.

• Manage requests for couriers,faxes etc.

• Supervising the housekeepingstaff, security staff, gardeners etc.Managing office supplies &keeping inventory for the same.

• Any other duties as may be assigned by the management fromtime to time

Requirements:

• Must have Good command onEnglish Communication.

• Fast Typing Speed is required.

• Average Excel Knowledge Must.

• Basic computer knowledge is MUST.
