Front of House Supervisor - The Flowery West Village

Reports to: Dispensary General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily Front of House operations and act as a liaison between staff and store leadership.

• Perform opening and closing procedures and ensure all assigned duties are completed accurately.

• Manage and delegate daily Front of House tasks, staff placement, breaks, customer flow, and floor coverage.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and all applicable state and local regulations.

• Coach staff on customer service, sales performance, product knowledge, and store expectations.

• Assist leadership with scheduling vendor activations and serve as a point of contact for vendor coordination and communication.

• Maintain vendor relationships without purchasing authority or responsibility for financial decisions or agreements.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready Front of House.

• Maintain full availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, high-volume days, and product drops.

• Communicate staffing, operational, and customer concerns to store leadership.

• Meet the physical requirements of the position for extended periods.

• Other duties as assigned by management.

Previous retail and/or cannabis management experience required.
