What We're Looking For

· Previous experience in hospitality, retail or another customer-facing environment is beneficial but not essential

· A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

· A positive attitude and willingness to learn

· Strong communication and teamwork skills

· Good attention to detail and commitment to quality

· The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment

· A friendly and approachable personality

· A desire to develop new skills and grow your career

What You'll Be Doing

· Delivering friendly, efficient and genuine customer service with every interaction

· Maintaining excellent product quality, availability and presentation standards

· Keeping the shop clean, organised and fully stocked throughout the day

· Following food safety, health & safety and hygiene standards at all times

· Working as part of a team to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere

· Supporting smooth day-to-day shop operations during busy trading periods

· Acting as a role model for Pret’s values and behaviours
