The Role

Your Responsibilities
First Class Hospitality: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they are directed to the right person or meeting room.
Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, and handle the general company email inbox.
Logistics & Mail: Sort and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and couriers; prepare outgoing shipments and coordinate office supplies inventory.
Administrative Support: Assist various departments (such as HR or Finance) with light administrative tasks, data entry, scheduling meeting rooms, and organizing company events.
Security & Access: Monitor visitor logs and issue visitor badges to maintain a secure office environment.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience as a Front Office Representative, Receptionist, or a similar customer-facing administrative role.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., multi-line phone systems, printers).
