Frozen Inspect ML and Retail lines - Grave B shift

Individuals in this position must:

• Participate in the safety engagement process. This includes giving I Care huddles, conducting area assessments, and addressing all safety concerns with the Production Team Lead.

• Works in a safe and efficient manner, communicating all unsafe conditions or malfunctioning equipment to lead or operatorsimmediately.

• Be actively engaged in safety,participatein safety programs, safety activities, perform riskassessmentsanddemonstrateownership as well as leadership in personal safety and the safety of other team members. Must report all incidents, near misses, and any safety concerns.

• Must provide foreign material inspection of all finishedproductprior to the packaging function. Removal of foreign material as well asthe timelynotification of quality assurance will berequired.

• Must provide inspection and removal of productpossessingundesirable quality attributes. These attributes may include, but are not limited to, defects, batter defects, misshapen units, clusters, batter balls, etc.

• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
