We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer (Laravel 12 / Vue 3) for a full-time role ** on-site in Mostar . This position is open to ** mid-level and senior profiles who enjoy ownership, high-quality engineering, and working on real production systems.
Tasks
- Build and maintain backend services in Laravel 12 (business logic, APIs, integrations)
- Build and maintain frontend features in Vue 3 (components, state, UX details, responsiveness)
- Connect frontend and backend via REST APIs (auth flows, validation, error handling)
- Contribute to architecture and codebase quality (clean code, modularity, maintainability)
- Improve performance where it matters (database queries, caching when appropriate, profiling)
- Collaborate with product and engineering to define and deliver features end-to-end
- Participate in code reviews and help maintain strong quality standards
- Propose improvements to systems and processes as the team grows
Requirements
- Professional experience in full-stack web development (**mid-level or senior **)
- Strong PHP skills and solid experience with ** Laravel**
- Strong knowledge of Vue 3 (Composition API) and component-based thinking
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and UX fundamentals (not just “it works”)
- Experience integrating with REST APIs and common web flows (auth, forms, errors)
- Confident working with relational databases (e.g., **MySQL/PostgreSQL **) and basic query optimization
- Comfortable with a team workflow using Git + PRs + code reviews
- Willingness to work fully on-site in Mostar and collaborate closely with the team
