Full stack Developer (.NET+ React)

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate is experienced in both frontend and backend technologies and is passionate about building high-quality, scalable applications. You’ll collaborate with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to create innovative software solutions that drive value for our users.

Eligibility: This position is open only to candidates who are currently based in Moldova.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong backend development experience with .NET.
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics AX would be a plus.
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) would be a plus.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) would be a plus.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with ITIL (Foundation certification or hands‑on use of Incident, Problem and Change processes) would be a plus. 
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including low-code development platforms and cloud-native services, with a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced and innovative environment

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications.
• Work across the full stack - frontend, backend, and database layers
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with product designer designers and product owners to translate designs and requirements into functional applications.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and the continuous improvement of development processes.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks.
