We’re looking for a skilled and driven Full-Stack Developer to join our growing in-office team in Brooklyn and help develop technology solutions that truly make a difference. This is an opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects, work closely with leadership and operations teams, and build scalable applications used in real-world clinical and business settings.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using Python (Django) and React
• Develop and launch features from concept through deployment
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve workflows and user experience
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core systems and integrations
• Contribute to the ongoing growth and evolution of internal technology platforms

• Strong hands-on experience with Python, Django, and React
• Proven full-stack development experience in production environments
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Experience with APIs, databases, and modern development workflows is a plus
