You’ll join our Growth team, focused on scaling the business by testing ideas, building new products quickly, and finding new opportunities for growth. You’ll have the freedom to move fast, real ownership, and the space to make things happen.

YOU

We’re looking for a full stack growth engineer who can build quickly, use AI as part of their workflow, and help us test new business ideas.

This role is about more than development. We want someone who enjoys technology, thinks commercially, and can turn ideas into working MVPs fast.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build and launch MVP web projects quickly, from idea to live product

• Own the full stack end-to-end: front-end, back-end, and deployment

• Use AI as part of your day-to-day work to speed up development, testing, and iteration

• Work closely with the Growth team to understand commercial objectives and translate them into fast, functional products

• Validate ideas quickly - ship, test, iterate, and kill what doesn't work

• Leverage unconventional tracking, analytics, and attribution methods to measure performance and uncover growth opportunities others miss

• Find practical ways to move faster, whether through existing tools, AI workflows, or custom-built solutions

• Manage your own priorities and work independently with a high level of ownership

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Strong full stack background - you can build, ship, and maintain web products end to end

• Hands-on experience creating and launching AI-powered tools or applications

• Experience building affiliate, comparison, or lead gen web projects is a strong plus

• Commercially minded - you care as much about revenue and performance as you do about execution

• Comfortable working without a clear playbook and able to figure things out as you go

• Fast and resourceful - you know when to use existing tools and when it makes sense to build from scratch

• Good understanding of growth or performance marketing - knowledge of SEO, CRO, and affiliate models is a strong advantage

• A self-starter who works independently, takes responsibility, and gets things done

GROSS SALARY

From 4750 EUR/month. Salary offers are based on the candidate's experience. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
