Full-time and Part-time Sales Associate (CAJ3 Outlet Collection Winnipeg)

We are looking for a Full-time and Part-time Sales Associate to join us in our Outlet Collection Winnipeg location.

Responsibilities:

· Greet guests as they enter the shop, ask whether they would like assistance with anything and provide help if needed in a friendly, hospitable, and efficient manner.

· Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.

· Ability to multitask, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.

· Operates cash register and handles cash payments and credit card processing.

· Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

· Straighten, arrange, stock and dust off merchandise, maintain shelving areas as directed by management and participate in the designing of displays in windows and on tables.

· Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.

· Ensure health and safety standards are followed.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Eligible to work in Canada.

· Flexible work hours and times.

Skills & Experience Required:

· A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.

· Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

· Merchandising skills.

· Ability to lift merchandise weighing up to 35 pounds.

· Hands-on experience with POS transactions.
