You will help customers, answer phones, check in groups, help with birthday parties and events, assist with reservations, and help our team keep everything running smoothly.

This is a great fit for someone with experience in customer service, restaurants, retail, hospitality, recreation, or events.

What You Will Do

• Greet and check in customers

• Answer phones

• Help customers with reservations and questions

• Assist birthday parties and large groups

• Process payments

• Help organize customers before games

• Support other team members

• Help solve customer problems

• Keep the building organized and ready

• Help make sure customers have an awesome experience
