Full-time Housekeeper - Conches (GE)

A family of three, with one teenager and a small dog, is looking for an experienced and reliable full-time Housekeeper to join their household.

The family is currently based in Geneva and will be moving to a 4-bedroom apartment in Conches from 1 October.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Full housekeeping and care of the home
• Cleaning and maintaining the household to a high standard
• Laundry and ironing, including proper care of delicate and high-quality garments
• Taking the family dog for walks during the day
• Grocery shopping and household errands
• Preparing light meals for dinner
• Using appropriate cleaning products and techniques for different surfaces and materials

Requirements

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Housekeeper in a private household
• Checkable references
• Excellent cleaning and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail
• Reliable, discreet and able to work independently
• Experienced in laundry and ironing, including delicate fabrics such as cashmere
• Good knowledge of appropriate cleaning products and care techniques
• Comfortable around dogs and happy to take the dog for walks
• Good communication skills in English or German.
• A driving licence would be helpful but is not essential
• Looking for a long-term position and committed to providing a high standard of care to the household
