We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team starting in December 2026. This role offers a unique mix of outpatient, inpatient, and home health care. Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy

• Active OT license in the state

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
