Fullstack Developer - React, Next.js & Node.js

Alongside partners with organizations to drive digital transformation and build high-performing tech teams.
We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our internal technology team and contribute to the development and evolution of our digital products and platforms.
You will work across the full application lifecycle, from designing and implementing new features to improving architecture, performance, code quality, and reliability. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams, taking ownership of technical solutions and helping us build scalable and user-focused products.
What You’ll Work On

• Develop and maintain modern web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript;
• Design and implement APIs and backend services using Node.js;
• Work with Supabase, including PostgreSQL databases, authentication, storage, and server-side functionality;
• Translate product and business requirements into effective technical solutions;
• Participate in technical decisions regarding architecture, integrations, data models, and scalability;
• Integrate internal products with external platforms, services, and APIs;
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications using platforms such as Vercel;
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, refactoring, and continuous improvement;
• Identify and resolve performance, security, and reliability issues;
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and development best practices;
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in fullstack or web application development;
• Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript;
• Hands-on experience with React and Next.js;
• Professional experience developing APIs and backend services with Node.js;
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, application integrations, and asynchronous operations;
• Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL;
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and web application security principles;
• Experience with Git and collaborative software development workflows;
• Knowledge of clean code, testing, maintainability, and scalable application development;
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and contribute to technical decisions;
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills;
• Good written and spoken English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Supabase or similar backend-as-a-service platforms;
• Experience deploying and managing applications on Vercel or similar platforms;
• Experience with AWS services and cloud-based environments;
• Knowledge of Docker and containerized applications;
• Experience setting up or maintaining CI/CD pipelines;
• Knowledge of Supabase Edge Functions, Row Level Security, or real-time capabilities;
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks;
• Knowledge of serverless and event-driven architectures;
• Previous experience working in a product-driven, start-up, or scale-up environment;
• Interest in AI-assisted development and integrating AI capabilities into digital products.
