Job Description

Kinaxis Supply Chain subject-matter-expert with focus on Supply planning and Sales & Operations.Knowledge on other functional supply chain modules such as Demand Planning, Order Fulfilment, Capacity Planning and Inventory Management…etcParticipate in deep-dive customer business requirements discovery sessions and translate requirements to User stories.

Explain user stories to IT team to have them developed in Maestro, test and deploy developments.Responsible for giving Key User training.Responsible for SAP APO business process understanding and propose solution in Kinaxis MaestroThorough understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) including business requirements definition/process/design, review of functional specifications, development of test plans, testing, user testing, user training, and eventual deployment (software release).

Provide creative solutions to complex business problems while maintaining best practices.SPOC for business key users who use the Kinaxis Maestro system.

You will be part of global Kinaxis implementation team.SAP APO / IBP knowledge is mandatoryProcess improvement activities (PIA):Understand business request & Support the PIA Lead to implement improvement activities ( Validate/finalize the scope /coordinate with technical team to complete unit testing and   implementation Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements and translate them into functional specifications in support with Lead Consultant.Mentor Junior & Senior Functional consultants to develop competency required for project deliverables Responsible for the assigned Business Requirement (BR)Communication: 

Communicates clearly, professionally, and concisely with teams, clients, and stakeholders.Possesses strong presentation skills. Able to communicate effectively in intercultural and multicultural environments.Planning:

:Developing tactical plans to achieve business objectives.Managing project timelines in alignment with the roadmap to ensure all activities are completed within the specified timeframe.Collaboration:Collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams (e.g., functional consultants, technical consultants, and business users).Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (customers/vendors).Conflict resolution within project teams during implementations.

Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Additional information

6+ years in designing and implementing IT Supply chain systems (Demand planning, Supply planning, Sales & Operations planning)

Minimum 3 years of experience in Kinaxis-Maestro implementing different modules.Hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro (Demand/Supply/S&OP) and functional knowledge of SAP APO (DP, SNP, PPDS) or SAP IBP is mandatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
