Responsibilities:
- Process client funding transactions with efficiency and accuracy, ensuring timely completion.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as PSP and Accounting, to resolve any funding-related
issues or discrepancies promptly. - Monitor and reconcile client funding accounts regularly, maintaining accuracy and adherence to
established procedures. - Provide assistance to clients regarding funding inquiries, offering guidance on available payment
options, and addressing any concerns or questions related to their accounts. - Maintain up-to-date records of client transactions, funding requests, and associated documentation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of improved funding processes and procedures,
aiming to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with the Sales and Support teams to identify opportunities for client acquisition and
retention through competitive funding options. - Perform reconciliation procedures, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation of the company's
financial transactions. - Conduct the payment process, accurately processing payments associated with the company's
financial transactions. - Carry out reporting procedures, preparing various financial reports for the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work
experience). - Proven experience in a similar role within the Forex or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and Forex trading.
- Familiarity with client funding processes, including deposits, withdrawals, and account transfers.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions.
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance requirements within the financial industry.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using financial software and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- High ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
