We are seeking a Business Development Manager with deep expertise in the LATAM market and a passion for building high-performing partner networks.


You will:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard introducing brokers, affiliates, and independent agents across Latam region;
  • Negotiate and structure partnership deals including revenue share, CPA, and hybrid rebate models;
  • Manage the full partner onboarding cycle from first contact through KYC/AML compliance and platform activation;
  • Monitor and optimize partner KPIs including trading volumes, active client counts, conversion rates, and retention metrics;
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with partners and address underperformance proactively;
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential IB candidates through direct outreach, events, and community networks;
  • Provide structured market intelligence on competitors, IB benchmarks, and trader behavior in Latam;
  • Work with marketing to co-develop localized campaigns and promotional materials;
  • Liaise with compliance, retention, CS, and product teams to ensure smooth partner and client experience
  • Represent TradeQuo at regional industry events, expos, and trading community meetups;
  • Track and report monthly and quarterly revenue contribution, partner activation rates, and volume growth per partner.


What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 2+ years in forex/CFD business development or IB/affiliate management;
  • Hands-on experience in Latam markets — essential;
  • Proven track record of partner acquisition and revenue growth;
  • Experience structuring IB rebate schemes and CPA/hybrid partnership models;
  • Fluent in English plus Spanish/Portuguese;
  • Strong understanding of CFD products — leverage, margins, and spreads;
  • Comfortable with KYC/AML partner onboarding in a regulated brokerage environment;
  • Excellent relationship-building and commercial negotiation skills;
  • Self-driven and able to operate independently across multiple time zones.
