FX Sales Conversion Agent (Mandarin)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a financial/FX company led by a management team with over 20 years of experience. Their mission is to simplify trading complexities and deliver excellence to clients across multiple continents and countries. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the dealing operations and managing the risk associated with trading activities in the forex financial company.


Position: FX Sales Conversion Agent (Mandarin)

Location: UAE, Dubai

Employment type: Full-time


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote the company's Forex and CFD products and services to prospective clients

• Convert high-quality leads into active trading clients through consultative sales techniques

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

• Maximise client conversion and identify opportunities for future sales

• Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the client journey

• Stay up to date with financial markets, trading products, and industry developments

• Meet individual sales targets and KPIs while maintaining compliance with company standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent Mandarin, both written and spoken

• Previous experience in the Forex & CFD industry is mandatory

• Previous experience in a Conversion or Retention sales role within Forex/CFD

• Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills

• Computer literate with good knowledge of standard office applications

• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment

• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Experience working with CRM systems and trading platforms

• Knowledge of global financial markets and online trading products
