We’re looking for a friendly, confident and service focused Gaming Attendant to join our team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a welcoming, well-run venue where guests can enjoy a safe, comfortable and enjoyable gaming experience.
Working closely with our Duty Managers and Venue leadership team, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service across our gaming floor, ensuring compliance, safety and a consistently high standard of presentation.

What You’ll Do
As a Gaming Attendant, you will:
Provide friendly, attentive and responsible customer service on the gaming floor
Assist guests with machine operation, payouts, queries and general support
Maintain a strong presence across the gaming, TAB and Keno areas
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and venue procedures
Monitor patron behaviour and support responsible gambling practices
Keep the gaming room clean, tidy and well presented at all times
Prepare and serve beverages to gaming patrons (where applicable)
Handle cash and payouts accurately and efficiently
Assist with machine resets, minor machine issues and clearing faults
Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver a safe and welcoming environment
About You
You’re customer focused, reliable and enjoy a role with variety, movement and guest interaction. You’ll also bring:
Previous gaming, hospitality or customer service experience (preferred)
A calm and confident manner, especially under pressure
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation standards
A genuine focus on delivering safe and responsible service
Ability to work nights, weekends and rotating rosters
Current RSA and RSG (required)
