💵 Pay & Career Growth

• Training Pay: $30-35/hr during training
• Realistic Annual Earnings: $80,000–$150,000+ once fully trained
• Unlimited Earning Potential: Your performance and results determine how much you can earn

🛠 What You’ll Do

• Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial garage doors and openers
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues with confidence
• Deliver five-star customer service with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain accurate documentation using notes, diagrams, and photos
• Ensure all work meets the highest safety and quality standards
• Recommend appropriate upgrades and services based on each customer’s needs—solutions, not pushy sales

🎯 What You Bring

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn—experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds, climb ladders, and use standard hand and power tools
• Strong communication skills and a positive, problem-solving mindset
• High school diploma or GED
