Garcia Plumbing & Gas is looking for a standout plumber to join our growing Wellington team.

We are skilled plumbers and gasfitters who pride ourselves on delivering high-quality workmanship and reliable service for our clients. Our work spans a wide range of projects, meaning you'll gain experience across residential and commercial maintenance, commercial fit-outs, residential renovations and new builds.

The Role

This role involves working across a variety of residential and commercial plumbing maintenance projects throughout Wellington.

Key responsibilities include:

• Installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures
• Diagnosing plumbing issues and identifying effective solutions
• Working on maintenance jobs, renovations, commercial fit-outs and new builds
• Ensuring work meets industry standards and safety requirements
• Maintaining accurate job documentation and communicating with clients and the team

• Maintains a professional and presentable approach when dealing with customers
• Brings a positive attitude and good sense of humour to the team

Requirements

• Current NZ plumbing licence

• Gasfitting and/or drainlaying a bonus (not essential)
• Current NZ driver’s licence
