Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly capable and service-minded General Affairs Associate to support our Tokyo office and operations across Japan. The primary responsibilities include ensuring smooth operations at each location, providing support for cross-departmental projects, and enhancing employee engagement through various initiatives, as well as establishing the necessary systems to support these efforts.
Candidates must current resides in Japan with valid work visa. We do not accept overseas application for this role.

Key Responsibilities
• Execution of projects that impact the entire office and/or specific departments
• Overall facility management as well as the operations of sites in multiple locations within Japan
• Proactive planning and implementation of strategies related to the group's role as service desk to all employees
• Planning and implementation of internal events and programs to enhance employees’ engagement
• Planning and managing internal communications (company-wide announcements, intranet updates, event communications, etc.)
• Planning and implementation of office space improvements

Basic Qualifications
• Business English / Native Japanese skills. Or fluent/native English and business level Japanese (external communication required)
• Ability to execute daily tasks independently and multi-task a wide range of topics in a efficient and timely manner
• General back-office operational experience
• Negotiation with external suppliers and contractors
• Experience working in a multinational members
• A deep understanding of diversity and a flexible mindset
• Hospitality mindset
• Ability to identify issues proactively and propose improvements
• A positive attitude to learning and implementing new ideas in a growing business
Preferred qualifications
• Experience as a member of an office relocation project and/or improvement of the company's overall workspace environment
• Experience in internal/external negotiations regarding company policies
• Certification of fire and disaster prevention management (防火防災管理者)
• Experience in managing various internal and external events
• IT/System basic literacy (no need to be a specialist)
