Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ year of work experience in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, food service, retail, office, or similar)
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and company policies
• Basic computer or communication skills (varies by department)
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods or lifting up to 50 lbs (for production/warehouse roles)
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company
