General Laborer:

Summary: We are seeking dedicated General Laborers who can qualify for a carpentry apprenticeship. Our team is committed to growth from the inside out. If you have an aptitude for building, combined with a strong work ethic, we have a long-term home for you. General Laborers with SDV will work with best-in-class construction leadership to build the most important structures for our community.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Support – Assist Craftsmen, Follow Direction, Safely Execute Work Plans, ETC.
• Ability to Learn – Hands on Training, Classroom, Instructional Labs, ETC.
• Safety Commitment – Recognize hazards, Follow Precautions, Participate in Planning, ETC.
• Site Maintenance – Organize Tools and Material, Clear Walkways, Demolition, ETC.

Fundamental Job Requirements

• · Proven experience in commercial construction is preferred but not required.
• · Ability to follow instructions and effectively learn new tasks.
• · Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• · Collaborate with leadership and uphold stringent safety standards.
