Tasks and Qualifications:

Your Responsability:

• Performing General Ledger accounting activities and financial document processing
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of General Ledger postings, including accruals, provisions, and payroll entries
• Conducting Balance Sheet reconciliations and account analysis
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes
• Preparing financial reports, KPIs, and management information
• Executing internal controls and ensuring compliance with accounting policies
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders across Record-to-Report and other finance functions
• Investigating and resolving accounting queries and discrepancies
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
• Maintaining accounting procedures and process documentation
• Working in SAP S/4HANA and other finance-related system

Your Skills and Expertise:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
• Experience in accounting and financial processes
• Knowledge of IFRS and accounting best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with SAP and advanced Excel functionalities
• Fluent English communication skills (B2 or higher)
• Continuous improvement and growth mindset
• Curiosity and openness to new technologies and automation solutions
• Team-oriented approach with strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a diverse and international work environment
