General Maintenance Worker

About the Role

The General Maintenance Worker performs general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings. This position requires practical skill and knowledge in such trades as carpentry, painting, mechanical, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work.

• Responsible for all general maintenance, upkeep, and repair of all mechanical systems
• Performs general maintenance and repair of the building
• Replace electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors
• Place or remove systems and equipment as directed
• Perform other duties as assigned

You Should Have

• Minimum of five (5) years general maintenance experience
• Must be certified Libert or Stulz CRAC units to include DDC controls or obtain within 6 months
• Experience in carpentry, light electrical, light plumbing, painting, and mechanical buildings systems
• Must pass background check
