🚀 Job Summary
As General Manager of our Hamilton, MT location, you'll lead a fast-paced store in the heart of Montana's Bitterroot Valley. You'll oversee daily operations, coach and develop your team, manage inventory and costs, and deliver exceptional service every shift.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, enjoys mentoring others, and isn't afraid to hustle alongside their crew.
🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Assistant Managers, Drivers, and CSRs
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
• Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and cash handling with accuracy
• Monitor and improve store performance and profitability
• Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with Domino's brand standards
• Oversee scheduling, hiring, training, and disciplinary actions
• Promote a positive, energetic store cultureMake it for Afton, WY

Qualifications

✅ Requirements

• QSR/general management experience

• Proven track record managing labor, food cost, and service metrics

• Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills

• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Willingness to lead by example and work hands-on in the store
