We're looking for a GM of B2B to lead one of the most exciting chapters in Loora's growth - bringing our AI English tutor to businesses, enterprises, and governments around the world. Reporting directly to the CEO & Founder, you'll be the architect of our B2B expansion: building the team, writing the playbook, setting the pricing model, and turning early pilots with major institutions into a thriving, scalable business line. This is a rare opportunity to shape a new revenue engine from the ground up at a company that's already proven product-market fit with millions of learners.
What You’ll Do
Report directly to the CEO & Founder, acting as the senior leader responsible for all B2B strategy, revenue, and operations
Own the full P&L of the B2B team, driving revenue growth and operational efficiency as we expand into business and government markets
Define and execute the B2B go-to-market strategy, identifying key verticals, geographies, and partnership opportunities
Build the B2B playbook from scratch - defining the sales motion, onboarding process, success metrics, and repeatable go-to-market approach
Establish and own the pricing model for B2B, balancing commercial viability with the needs of enterprise and government clients
Take Loora's existing pilots with major institutions and convert them into long-term, scalable partnerships
Work with a dedicated engineering resource allocated to B2B, ensuring technical execution aligns with business priorities and customer commitments
Manage the B2B Product Manager and a dedicated engineering resource, setting direction on the product roadmap while fostering close collaboration with Loora's consumer product teams to leverage shared capabilities and maintain a cohesive product experience.
Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and processes to track and accelerate B2B growth
Represent the B2B division at the leadership level, aligning strategy with Loora’s broader company vision
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or general management - you know how enterprise deals get done
Demonstrated experience owning a P&L and driving measurable revenue outcomes
Track record of building and scaling sales teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills - you’re comfortable working with Product, Engineering, and executive leadership
Strategic thinker with the ability to zoom out on vision while staying hands-on with execution
Experience selling to or partnering with governments or large enterprises is a strong advantage
Even better if you have
Background in a B2C company that successfully expanded into B2B is a significant plus- you understand both worlds
Passion for education, language learning, or AI-driven products
