PILF Restaurant Group is looking for a General Manager to lead Cane Rosso at Hillcrest Village. You’ll build a team you’re proud of, set the standard for hospitality, and turn strong service into strong results.

You’ll lead the daily operation while keeping your eyes on the bigger picture: happy guests, a strong team, and a restaurant that performs.

• Lead from the floor. Stay present, support your team, and set the pace for great service.
• Build a crew worth sticking around for. Hire, train, schedule, coach, and recognize your FOH and BOH teams.
• Make hospitality the standard. Create memorable visits, handle guest concerns with care, and give people a reason to come back.
• Know your numbers. Manage sales, labor, food and beverage costs, and operating expenses with clear action plans.
• Keep operations running smoothly. Oversee payroll, inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
• Bring the neighborhood in. Partner on marketing, local outreach, and community relationships that grow the business.
• Protect the team and the experience. Maintain safety, sanitation, security, and health-code standards.
• Keep the restaurant guest-ready. Take pride in a space that’s clean, maintained, and welcoming.
• Develop your next leaders. Coach your managers, build accountability, and help people grow.
• Stay connected. Work with HR and corporate leadership on staffing, employee support, and restaurant goals.

What You Bring to the Table

• At least 1–2 years of full-service restaurant management experience
• A hands-on leadership style and a genuine love of hospitality
• The ability to keep your cool, make decisions, and rally the team during a busy shift
• Confidence reading financial reports and turning insights into action
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• Experience with systems such as Aloha/NCR, R365, Google Workspace, and OpenTable
• Pride in your work and the drive to help your team succeed

Pizza experience is a plus. Great leadership is the key ingredient.

The Details

• Full-time position in a busy, high-energy restaurant
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to perform the physical duties of the role, including standing, walking, and lifting during shifts that may run 8–12 hours, with reasonable accommodation as needed
