Key responsibilities include:
- Championing Datacom’s AI digital engineering solutions in the market to build awareness and generate leads
- Positioning Datacom as a leader in AI-powered applications and enterprise transformation
- Engaging executives and decision-makers to uncover opportunities and shape solution roadmaps
- Partnering with practice managers and technical leads to scope solutions and ensure successful delivery
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with C-suite stakeholders
- Driving consultative selling and commercial outcomes
- Leading negotiations and influencing business decisions
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales or business development leadership experience
- Proven track record of leading revenue growth for technology or digital engineering services and solutions
- Experience with consultative selling in the technology sector
- Experience engaging and building relationships with C-suite and executive stakeholders
- Experience negotiating commercial terms for technology services or solutions
- Experience delivering executive-level presentations
- Legal right to work in New Zealand
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling software or digital engineering solutions across multiple solution areas
- Working proficiency with CRM systems
- Knowledge of the New Zealand market for AI adoption and digital engineering
- Experience selling into both New Zealand public sector and private sector customers
