A well-established Marriott-branded hotel near Houston Texas is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead all aspects of hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for all hotel operations
• Foster a culture focused on exceptional guest service and associate engagement

• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain top talent
• Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and operational excellence
• Analyze business performance and implement strategies to improve results

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience in a select-service or limited-service hotel required
• Marriott brand experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success improving guest satisfaction, financial performance, and operational results
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and revenue optimization
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Proven ability to build a positive, accountable, and guest-focused culture
