Our client is launching an exciting and new casual dining restaurant and retail concept in Old Street in early January. The food will be a freshly prepared, simple flat base pizza style menu with a range of healthy eating options. The restaurant will be open between 7am and 11pm 6 days per week.

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Restaurant General Manager, who is able to demonstrate a stable and progressive background to their current role of Restaurant General Manager, gained in busy high street casual dining restaurant and retail concepts.

The successful candidate for the role of Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for all aspects of running the front of house operation including the recruitment and training of the opening team which will include an Assistant Manager and around 10 front of house staff.

This is a new and exciting restaurant and retail concept, which if successful, will be rolled out with further openings in the coming months. Our client is, therefore, looking to recruit an ambitious Restaurant General Manager with the ability and desire to potentially step up into a multi-site role in the future.
