You'll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Go-To-Market, Customer Success and executive stakeholders to define and execute a compelling product vision that delivers meaningful business outcomes
What You'll Do
As our General Manager - Product, you will:
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers.
- Define and execute strategic product visions and roadmaps aligned with company objectives.
- Drive customer and business value across both existing and emerging products.
- Own and optimise the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through to delivery and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to increase recurring revenue and support market growth initiatives.
- Build strong partnerships across Engineering, Design, Sales, Go-To-Market and Customer Success teams.
- Champion customer-centric decision-making through deep customer insights and market understanding.
- Establish a culture of accountability, collaboration and operational excellence.
- Leverage product performance metrics and commercial insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure products are delivered to a high standard and achieve targeted commercial outcomes.
- Champion the integration of ITIL best practices and service management frameworks across the product portfolio.
- Oversee the strategic roadmap for customer experience technologies and Service Desk tooling to enhance service delivery.
What You'll Bring

- Extensive experience leading the full product lifecycle from concept through to market delivery and optimisation.
- Demonstrated success managing product roadmaps and aligning initiatives to broader business goals.
- Experience leading and developing product management teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build influence across multiple business functions.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments including engineering, sales, go-to-market and customer success teams.
- Strong commercial awareness, including understanding product performance and business outcomes.
- Proven experience in managed IT outsourcing environments, with a strong understanding of commercial service delivery models.
- Demonstrated expertise in ITIL and IT service management (ITSM) principles.
- Deep knowledge of modern Service Desk operations and customer experience technologies.
