Wollongong Private Hospital is seeking experienced General Service Officers to join our team on a casual basis.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and well-organised facilities while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to professional service delivery.

Duties include:

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitisation of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and specialised spaces
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent facility standards
• Identify and report maintenance issues, hazards, or areas requiring attention to supervisory staff
• Stock and organize cleaning supplies and materials in designated storage areas
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations while handling cleaning products and chemicals
• Respond to cleaning requests and special projects as assigned
• Maintain professional behaviour and appearance while representing the organization
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of cleaning tasks
• Document cleaning activities and report completion of assigned duties

Additional Information
