Genetic Consultant Opportunity – UAE

Advantage Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Genetic Consultant for opportunities across Sharjah, Fujairah, and Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) within a leading healthcare organization in the UAE.

💰 Salary: AED 60,000 – 65,000 per month (£12,500 - £13,500 per month)

🏥 About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing specialist healthcare service providing comprehensive genetic consultation, diagnosis, counselling, and management for patients and families with inherited and genetic conditions.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support precision medicine, genetic testing pathways, and patient-centred care across a diverse patient population.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive genetic consultations and risk assessments

• Diagnose and manage inherited and genetic disorders

• Interpret genetic testing results and provide clinical recommendations

• Deliver genetic counselling to patients and families

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple specialties

• Support preventative healthcare and screening programmes

• Participate in clinical governance, education, and service development initiatives

✅ Requirements

• Medical degree and recognised specialist qualification in Clinical Genetics or Medical Genetics

• Current DHA or MOH licence must be titled "Genetic Specialist" or "Genetic Consultant"

• Eligibility to practise within the UAE

• Strong clinical, communication, and counselling skills

• Experience within hospital or specialist genetics services preferred
