Genuine Dining is a leading contract caterer delivering innovative, high-quality dining across England. We’re looking for a Support Chef Manager to drive menu innovation, mentor kitchen teams, and ensure consistent excellence across multiple sites throughout the midlands.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and refresh menus with creativity and flair
• Train and support site chefs, building skills and consistency
• Maintain high culinary standards and implement new concepts
• Oversee kitchen financials, including GP% and cost control
• Lead seasonal projects and special initiatives across sites

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

• Head Chef or Chef Manager experience, ideally with large-volume kitchens
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Creative, with a focus on innovation and consistent quality
• Experience managing budgets and GP%
• Committed to raising culinary standards
