• Deliver exemplary customer service to German-speaking clients in the aviation sector via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding flights, reservations, ticketing, and general travel information.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive travel experience.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to provide accurate information and effective solutions.
• Stay informed about airline policies, procedures, and industry trends to assist clients effectively.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records for service improvements.
• Promote loyalty by fostering positive client relationships and understanding customer needs.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly within the aviation or travel industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
