This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment, assisting German-speaking clients with their inquiries and supporting them with innovative tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding tech products and services.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Handle order processing, returns, and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
• Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate tech solutions.
• Document all customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially within the tech or technology sector.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance to customers.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• A passion for technology and eagerness to learn about new products and solutions.
