As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments, liaising with carriers, and resolving any logistical challenges. Your expertise will be instrumental in improving the overall customer experience and operational efficiency. Your capacity to stay organized and focused will serve as a significant asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics activities for German-speaking clients
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely delivery
• Communicate with carriers, clients, and internal teams to resolve logistical issues
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and delivery documentation
• Implement best practices to optimize logistics processes
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the delivery lifecycle

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Please clearly indicate your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or related fields
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
