German - Speaking Travel Consultant

They have partnered with some of the most innovative global brands, and are building the world’s leading AI enabled tour operator platform, which allows travellers to customise their holiday experience and break free of the traditional restrictions of static pre-packaged holidays.

We're looking for detail-oriented German-speaking reservation agents to assist our customers with their booking needs. You will provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers’ questions, making travel suggestions, and booking rooms and tickets.

Qualifications

For you to be successful as a Ticketing agent with the company, you would need to have the following experience:

• Tourism knowledge 
• Must speak fluent German
• MS Excel and Word competency
