This internship aims to develop future leaders by providing them with exposure to the principles of real estate investment, asset management, and operations through direct involvement in projects and activities at ESR.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• A genuine interest in real estate investment and asset management.
