Responsibilities

Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – CAEExperience: FreshersPass-out Year: 2025 & 2026Location: Chennai

🎓 Educational Qualification

• B.E / B.Tech in:
• Mechanical Engineering
• Automobile Engineering
• Aeronautical Engineering
• Candidates graduated in 2025 or 2026 are eligible.

🛠️ Required Tool Knowledge

• ANSA – Basic knowledge
• Basic geometry cleanup
• Basic meshing concepts
• Understanding of elements and mesh quality

🔧 Technical Skills

Candidates should have good fundamentals in:

• Strength of Materials (SOM)
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Engineering Mechanics
• Basic Automotive / Structural CAE concepts
• Understanding of basic physics and engineering principles

👨‍💻 Key Responsibilities

• Support CAE engineers in pre-processing and model preparation activities.
• Perform basic geometry cleanup and meshing using ANSA.
• Develop understanding of CAE methodologies, modelling standards and quality requirements.
• Assist in mesh quality checks and model corrections.
• Learn and support FEA simulation activities under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Understand and apply engineering fundamentals to CAE problems.
• Follow project-specific quality and delivery requirements.

⭐ Candidate Profile

• Strong interest in CAE / Automotive Engineering.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of SOM, FEA and Physics fundamentals.
• Basic hands-on knowledge of ANSA will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and willingness to learn.
• Candidates who can quickly adapt to CAE tools and methodologies are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering.
