To further support our growth, we are looking for a Global Account Support who will play a key role in supporting our international customers.

Your role

As Global Account Support, you will act as the link between our international customers, sales and internal organisation.

You will ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, so that our Global Account Managers can focus on building strategic relationships.

Your responsibilities

- Supporting the Global Account Manager in their day-to-day operations

- Preparing and following up on quotations

- Acting as the first point of contact for global clients regarding operational queries

- Ensuring data accuracy and maintaining records in CRM (Salesforce) and ERP

- Working closely with:

o Sales

o Customer Support

o Logistics and installation

- Proactively contributing ideas to optimise processes and the customer experience

Your profile

- You work in a structured and meticulous manner

- You have a strong administrative and commercial acumen

- You have excellent communication skills and are customer-focused

- You speak fluent Dutch and English (French is an advantage)

- You can work independently, but are also a true team player

- You are able to cope with pressure and maintain an overview in a dynamic environment

- Technical aptitude is important – a technical background (e.g. draughting, engineering, CAD) is a strong plus

- Experience in an international context is a plus
