Global Brand and Content Producer

Scope and Purpose:

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Brand & Content Producer to join the Belmond Creative Team. This pivotal role blends creative production expertise with robust project management skills. The successful candidate will be instrumental in overseeing all production activities within the Creative Team, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality content that aligns with our brand vision and exemplifies the legendary art of travel. This is a unique role that will help shape the future of Belmond’s creative output, from commercial campaign to editorial storytelling. 

Main duties and responsibilities:

Creative Production Oversight: Lead and manage the end-to-end production of diverse creative projects, including but not limited to: film production, event production, print productions (magazine and books), shoot production (photography and videography), exhibition production (photography and videography) 

Team Management: Responsible for resource management, assembling and coordinating project teams, managing timelines and delivery requests, planning and prioritising peoples workstreams 

Project Management: Take ownership of multiple creative project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. 

Financial Management: Manage project invoicing and budget allocations, maintaining financial accountability throughout the production lifecycle. 

Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams across various properties and divisions, as well as external agencies and vendors. Effectively manage expectations and communication upwards and downwards. 

Communication & Collaboration: Act as a central point of contact for all project stakeholders, facilitating clear, engaging, and inspiring communication that makes complex projects feel fun and exciting. 

Quality Control: Maintain an excellent eye for detail, ensuring all produced content meets Belmond's high standards of quality and brand consistency, reflecting our commitment to luxury and exceptional experiences. 

Requirements

You will have:

• Proven experience in creative production and project management, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects (film, events, shoots, exhibitions) preferably within the luxury travel or hospitality sector. 

• Exceptional organizational skills and a command of project management methodologies. 

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-standards environment. 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and nurture strong professional relationships across all levels of an organization and with external partners. 

• A highly motivated and creative individual with a keen eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and brand alignment, particularly within a luxury context. 

• Strong proficiency in budget management and financial tracking for creative projects. 

• An ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team, demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
