Roles & Responsibilities

• Execute engineeringdesignchangesanddesignoutputreleasesthroughouttheproductlifecycle.
• Review designdeliverablesandevaluateimpactstoquality,regulatorycompliance,manufacturing,suppliers,andproductlifecyclerequirements.
• Drive alignmentacrossglobalengineeringsitesandcross-functionalteamstosupporttimelyexecutionandissueresolution.
• Collaborate withglobalengineeringteamsacrossDenmark,USA,Japan,Austria,andotherregionstodevelop,review,andreleaseengineeringdesigndeliverables.
• Coordinate withQA,RA,Manufacturing,Sourcing,andSupplierstoensurecompliantimplementationofdesignchanges.
• Identify, communicate,andsupportresolutionofquality,regulatory,andimplementationrisks.
• Support designtransferandmanufacturingreadinessactivitiesfornewproductintroductionsandproductchanges.

Qualifications

• Effective communicationandcollaborationskillswiththeabilitytoworkacrossglobalteamsanddiversestakeholders.
• Analytical thinkingandproblem-solvingskillstoassessdesignchangeimpactsandsupportissueresolution.
• Strong attentiontodetailandcommitmenttoaccuracyindocumentationandexecution.
• UnderstandingofQualityManagementSystems(QMS),Regulatoryrequirements,orProductComplianceprinciples.
• Intermediate levelofEnglishproficiencyforbusinesscommunicationandtechnicaldocumentation.
• Proficiency inMicrosoftOfficeapplications(Outlook,PowerPoint,Word,Excel,etc.).
